Hi, is there a supplement for travelling solo, or do they match up another female?
there is a supplement for traveling solo. It depends on what type of room you would like to be in. However, Solo rooms are extremely limited.
@ Nicole, went on my first SVI in 97 with girlfriends and met few people, went on my second around 98 alone and met soooo many people, I have so many friends all over the US that I have met on my “solo” SVI vacations- and for sure share a room. SVI does a great job matching us up, I dont know how they do it but they do!

It depends on when you cancel. It is a sliding scale cancelation policy, as the trip gets closer, the penalties increase. If you would like for us to send it to you, you can send me your email address max@sobervacations.com

flights are additional but mostly $600 from nearly all US cities with our groups

Been a while since Turks & Caicos. My first sober, single vacation. Made friends I still have today, Total immersion in the joy of sober living.A mini meeting poolside, the trapeze. Great Fun!
This February I will turn 60, (even a day at a time, that’s still HUGE! ) and if I continue to lead my life the way I have for the last 29, I will be sober exactly one half of my life in September. My gratitude cup overflows. Always.
In the time between February and this day, 10/21/12, I believe I have experienced (consecutively) more physically demanding health challenges than at any time in my entire life. Hope I’m done.
At any rate, with the physical limitations I’ve been experiencing, the possibility of a get-a-way never crossed my mind. Til now.
Wondering what rooms are available, if an ocean view room with a balcony is still a possibility. (Or any room with an ocean view) Of course at this late date any room would be a blessing. (But hey, you people taught me to dream and to ask for what I want. best to you all – Pamela Harris

What room types are available – lagoon. I think the ocean front was sold out of much more expensive. Let me know how you determine which flights I should be out on? Or do you discuss this with prior to actually booking the air ticket?
